Information about the accommodation
- Check in time will be from 17:00 to 21:00. In case of arrival after 21:00 there will be a supplementary charge of 50 €.
- Check out time will be before 12:00.
During your stay
- If anything happens during your stay in the house call us to resolve the problem. We will arrive as soon as possible to find a solution. No claims that have not been discussed during your stay will be accepted at a later date.
- Occupation and use of the accommodation: You the client(s) are exclusively responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people to occupy the house, without omitting the children whatever their age, when making the reservation.
- We warn you that the property owner can legally refuse to admit entry to those undeclared persons, or in some cases to evict them, with no rights to make a claim for that cause.
- Visits of friends: Visits of friends or relatives are allowed to the house, but the owner must always be informed.
- Overnight stays are not allowed.
- Celebration of parties: Any type of party and or event is prohibited. Please avoid excessive noise after 23:00.
On your leaving
- Delivery of accommodation and keys: The accommodation must be returned to the owner in optimal conditions.As a general rule final cleaning is included in the price. In case of an extra cleaning you will be charged separately.
- The refund of the deposit will be made once the owner has verified that everything is in good condition. The owner has the option to return the deposit on the same day of departure in cash or after a few days by bank transfer, paypal or card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation charges are as follows:
- More than 60 days of arrival: No charge
- From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total of the deposit
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total of the deposit
- Less than 15 days of arrival: 100% of the total of the deposit
